In the Clubhouse

Smart casual clothing is acceptable dress throughout the Clubhouse except on nominated special occasions when jacket and tie must be worn by gentlemen and more formal dress wear by ladies in the refreshment lounges.

The wearing of jeans, denim trousers, track suits, combat trousers, cargo pants and trainer shoes is not permitted.

The wearing of tailored shorts is permitted throughout the clubhouse except on nominated occasions.

Outer garments should be removed and hung in the cloakroom, and not worn in any of the refreshment lounges.

The wearing of studs and other golf shoes is permitted in the basement area only.

Shoes and socks must be worn at all times by Gentlemen.
On the Course - all players are required to dress in a manner appropriate for playing the game of golf.

No form of footwear other than golf shoes of approved types may be worn. The wearing of trainers is not permitted.

The wearing of denim jeans, combat trousers, cargo pants and track suits is not allowed. Mens' trousers must be full length.

Tailored shorts of a modest length with predominantly white ankle sports socks or knee length stockings may be worn on the course.

Combat style shorts with external patch pockets do not conform.

Shorts of a sporty nature such as football, rugby or tennis do not meet the required length and are expressly forbidden.

A shirt with collar attached or specifically designed for golf must be worn, and must be tucked into trousers or shorts.

Trousers must not be tucked into socks or stockings unless worn underneath waterproofs.

Braces may be worn only underneath an outer garment.
