Dormy House Arrangements 2010
The charges, terms and conditions for Dormy House reservations are set out in the following paragraphs. Please ensure all members of your party are aware of these before arrival and in particular the dress requirements and golfing standards.
The Dormy House at Lancaster Golf Club is able to accommodate 18 guests, all in en-suite rooms, mainly twin rooms with a limited number of en-suite single rooms (which cannot be guaranteed.)
On arrival room keys will be issued against a refundable £5 per party deposit. When the Secretary's office is closed, guests should report to the Club Steward.
The minimum stay is 2 nights for which the fees are as follows:
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights: £110 per person per night.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights: £100 per person per night.

A deposit of £25 per person must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival. All charges include VAT at the current rate and may be paid in cash, by cheque (payable to Lancaster Golf Club Ltd) or Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Switch.
Failure to notify the club of a cancellation within seven days of the date of arrival will incur an additional fee of £25.
