Our Executive Head Chef, Michael Weston-Cole MCGB, puts unique energy and
creativity into the menus at Ashton Hall – Home of Lancaster Golf Club.
Multi award winner, Michael, has trained with multi rosette and Michelin
starred chefs including John-Benson Smith, consultant head chef at
the City of Manchester Stadium, and expert in modern
French cuisine; Jean Christophe Novelli.
Having had some fantastic opportunities in his career so far, Michael
believes that such rewards come from hard work and determination.
Michael has spent time working at Novelli’s renowned eatery, Auberge
du Lac in Brocket Hall, Hertfordshire as well as Nutfield Priory and
The Old Rectory in Cirencester.
